The company

Undelete365 is provided by HS Services, KVK 27314126, Netherlands ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using Undelete365, you agree to these terms.

The product

Undelete365 is a SharePoint Framework web part, distributed as a single package. The Free tier requires no license key and no payment. The Pro tier (€249, one-time, per tenant) unlocks Mass Restore and other additional features when a valid license key is entered.

License grant

A Pro license is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Undelete365 Pro features within one Microsoft 365 tenant, identified by its SharePoint hostname. It is not a subscription — there is nothing to renew and nothing that expires on its own.

Price and payment

The Pro license costs €249, charged once, in EUR, via Mollie. All amounts are inclusive of applicable Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.

No refunds

All sales are final. The Free tier lets you search your recycle bin before paying anything, and Pro features unlock immediately upon entering a valid key — so by the time payment is requested, you've already had the opportunity to assess whether the product fits your needs.

If you are a consumer (purchasing outside the exercise of a trade or profession) within the EU: by completing checkout and receiving your license key, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).

License revocation

We may revoke a license key in cases of payment chargeback/fraud, or clear abuse of the license (e.g. sharing one key across many unrelated tenants). We do not revoke licenses for normal use.

No warranty

Undelete365 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Mass Restore only restores items you explicitly select and confirm, using your own account's existing permissions — but we don't guarantee the product will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you remain responsible for reviewing what you choose to restore.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Undelete365. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Not affiliated with Microsoft

Undelete365 is an independent product for SharePoint Online and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. SharePoint and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
